The Faraway Tree does not currently process refunds, only exchanges or store credit for defective items.
All our items are verified for perfection before being individually packaged and shipped with care.
Vintage items are sold AS IS, please read description and view images before purchasing.
Should there be an issue with your product and you wish to return the item please read below.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
When Returning Items:
Email us at farawaytreecollection [!at] gmail.com explaining the reason for the return and provide us with the tracking number of your shipment.
If returning clothing, please make sure that the item has not been worn, all tags are still attached and that the product is in its original packaging.
All returns sent must have a tracking number. The Faraway Tree will not be responsible for items lost in shipment that do not have tracking.
Allow up to 2-weeks for your exchanged item, International orders may take longer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanges.
